NAB are passionate about being there for their customers throughout life’s big moments. Recognising that life can be unpredictable but assuring that your finances don’t have to be.
As part of a content series, housed on NAB’s Life Moment’s hub and social channels, Enthral were asked to find and share a unique customer story.
Using our journalistic approach, we found Steph and Robbie’s heart-warming story. Three years ago, Steph lost her sight due to a genetic condition, but soon after found the love of her life, Rob.
Our approach was simple. We followed them getting ready for their big day and showed where NAB had assisted them.
The content was extremely well received, smashing the benchmark of cost per view of $0.10 to $0.03 for Twitter and $0.06 for Facebook.
